Cornerstone was started in 2000 as a faith based Home Health Agency. We were acquired by Masonic Senior Services (MSS) in 2008 as they expanded their medical service offerings. Since then, Cornerstone has grown tremendously. We went from serving 3 counties starting out, to now having the ability to provide services to over 50 counties throughout West Central and Northeast Ohio.
Our Mission
Cornerstone Home Health & Hospice provides quality healthcare which encompasses the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of those we serve. We promote the dignity and respect of each individual and their families without regard to sex, race, creed, national origin, age or handicap. We accomplish this by offering compassionate, courteous and professional care.
